Both brand new. Upper is regular production. Rail is a “blem” on the rear edge which I only found scanning with a magnifying glass. Finished anodizing on both is a match.
Rail length is exactly 15 inches.
Great deal to build a lightweight upper on any DPMS pattern lower you have.
