How do you organize the springs from the lower part kit into its correct group?
Few are very close in size etc.
Thanks

During assembly? See this: https://www.ar15.com/guides/files/tu...x.html?gid=183
I use this as a reference when assembling a lower so I dont mess it up.
Or do you mean something else?

I have an armorer's manual plus I have this picture in a sheet protector hanging from a push pin:

It is handy for double-checking yourself
In terms of keeping parts separate, I have these which sit on shelves underneath my benches:

The plastic boxes are the type that you slide in the dividers. Unless you superglue or silicon them in their slots smaller pins and springs can get underneath and get mixed up. I have used both methods, clear silicone sealant works best IMO. I've found that I only need to seal one tray in the AR box, the pistol box and the shotgun box, otherwise the parts I have are large enough they don't comingle.
I think overall, this is just about the most cost-effective way to get things organized. Unless you are doing a lot of builds you'd probably only need one.
I make labels on the computer (Avery U-0087-01_p) and put them on the bottom of the lid so when you open the lid you can tell what part is where without having to put them in the little bins. That was cool to start, now I pretty much don't need them or diagrams.
Works for me.

Springs people goof up are
Take down/pivot springs with selector spring--if you happen to use the pivot/take down spring in the wrong spot, you will figure it out as the selector spring won't fit into the takedown/pivot holes. The selector is larger obviously.
Disconnector spring-has the beveled end that "snaps" into or rest in a well in the trigger. Maybe confused with the bolt catch detent spring. That spring is straight and slightly smaller.
While one figures it out, mixing up the pivot pin and the take down pin.
The "pill pack" bags which are about 2" square work great, found at local drug stores

I may not be answering what you are asking, but this is what I use.
Before I knew what spring was what by sight, I used a diagram sheet very similar to what Mega posted. I also use these storage bins . I can’t remover the last time I bought an actual LPK, I’ve been buying the springs and detents as needed. I usually cut out the small label on the little ziplock bag the springs for example, come in and stick that in the little compartment/drawer. There’s probably a neater way to do it, but it works and after you build enough AR’s, you just won’t need it as you’ll recognize the parts by sight.
Let me know if you have any questions.

I'm so jealous of that set-up, I'm considering therapy! All I have are springs/parts inside small ziplock bags with index cards, cut to fit, with their description written on them. Magic marker seems to wear off over time when written on the outside of the bags. Then I stuff the smaller bags into larger "Group" ziplocks. Then I put them in a cardboard box. My version of a smaller "Puerto-Rican Suitcase".
I have the same case, but mine's not nearly as well stocked or organized, plus I have two cardboard boxes for builds that are only in the "accruing parts" stage--right now is probably the most builds in progress at any one time I'll ever see in my life, with the C8 under active construction, the M4 on fast-track for parts acquisition after the C8's done, then the M16A4 and C7 following at a considerably slower pace.

Disregard, located great video on utube by Costal Cerakote
For sure that is certainly organized. Just purchased a case from Lowe’s, will post later tonight.
Sitting here with ‘olives’ I asked myself, how would I remove the pivot pin, if incorrect spring is installed.
How do u remove an installed pivot pin?
