    About 25 years ago I was lead agent on a major immigration investigation in the Portland OR area ;similar crazies involved. I was told that the bad guys were casing my residence, my home and my kids in the same way. My agency could't/wouldn't do much about it. The local cops were unconcerned. My family and I went to orange for quite a while. My QRF was a fellow IPSC shooter (state champion at the time). Luckily, nothing came of it and the good guys finally won.

    While there is currently less motivation in these attacks to actually kill a bunch of people... The attackers targeting ICE seem to be sane from what we know so far. It seems like this is rational people choosing political violence vs the crazies who write schizophrenic manifestos that don't match anyone's politics that I know.
