    Best value AR-15 for SHTF?

    https://www.kygunco.com/Product/View?ItemNo=34716

Came across this and wanted to share.

Top name with great history in the AR world for decades (ABC!), 1/8 twist to stabilize them heavy bullets, free PMAG (Magpul), and super lightweight barrel for while you’re in patrol. AND THEN A FREE RED DOT.

Wanted to do my part to add to the threads today.

    Oh, and FREE SHIPPING

And layaway, so Fido can keep chomping the good stuff while you pay it off.

That is damn cheap, but specs-wise looks even worse than an entry level PSA. No-name / no specs dot sight. No provision for a front sight of any kind. Doesn’t mention chrome, so I assume it’s not lined. TBH, the biggest issue to me is the chopped front sight.

I could see it being worth buying with an eye toward flipping it for 2k during the next Great Panic.

I'll have to admit, the latest BM and DPMS carbines I checked out at my local fun store actually impressed me. The fit and finish was miles ahead of what they were the last time I looked at them. I think they'd be a decent buy if they come down to the sub $500 price range on Black Friday.
