This isn't the first time she's gone off the rails concerning the powers of the Presidency, but since we don't teach history or civics anymore, we end up with these lies being accepted as truth.
The Constitution has no meaning when they will "pack the Court"- as they are currently threatening to do, again..... We are, as I said above, South Africa, where law is meaningless, it's simply changed by the majority at will.

I’m inclined to think her and her constituents just don’t care. The rule of law and rights are just inconveniences that need to be rectified.

It's simply about power. That's the bottom line. Anything that would constrain them in any way will simply be swept aside- at the ballot box, at the Legislature, at the stacked courts, on the street. It's the Law of the Jungle now. The sooner middle class America figures this shit out, the better. The "America" and the institutions- civic, legal, moral, political that you believed in, are GONE.

    Brilliant...

You gotta love how these people just do not grasp the concept of "equal and opposite reaction"...
It's like banning guns- every time they attempt to do so, everyone goes out and buys more than they EVER would have before if they'd have just left it alone...

All they've done with this constant drumbeat of "everything wypippo's fault" and "ermagherd wyte men R terrorists but don't discriminate kay?" is make people who never gave a second thought about race in their lives start thinking about race....

    Lots of truth here.

The Democratic presidential candidate's proposal calls for the creation of “domestic terrorism prevention orders” that would give law enforcement and family members of suspected white nationalists or domestic terrorists the ability to petition a federal court to temporarily restrict a person’s access to guns if the person exhibits clear evidence of being a danger.
“We need to take action to keep guns out of the hands of dangerous people and stop violent, hate-fueled attacks before they happen,” Harris said. “By focusing on confronting these domestic terror threats, we can save lives.”

    Define White Nationalist for me.
And this is going into a Red Flag law. We just had an attempted coup in the this country which almost succeeded. This coup was in part based on FISA laws designed to stop terrorism---then. Now they are used politically. There is a 100% certainty the Red Flag laws will be used against people on the Right if enacted.

And her constituents are the biggest problem we face, as well as the umpteen other libtard politicians and the jackasses who sent them there. Nearly half this country has their heads firmly planted up their asses and who they vote for is what we see in the likes of Kamala, AOC, Talib, and Omar.
