Clint,
Thanks for posting those videos. Does Mike anonymously buy the items he reviews? He seems like a straight shooter but I wonder if he may be receiving stuff that was cherry picked/vetted.

Per mags, I have 1st gen pmags I have kept loaded for almost 10 years and they work so I loaded them back up. No reason gis wouldn’t.
I have elanders I got back in 13 and they are okay I guess. I still use gis and pmags
This whole "long term storage" concern pops up every few years in correlation with proposed ban legislation.
These threads are good reads and include many replies directly from Magpul people.
Please note, the issues mentioned below regarding cracked feed lips and the 2nd round transposition issue did happen in the past, but are not a concern these days.
Long term storage is heavily covered along with a wealth of other performance data and input from actual experience.
Metal mags of all kinds can work well, especially when new and in perfect condition, but none of them stand up to abuse like the much more resilient PMAGs.
My view is PMAGs are the best overall option by far.

Clint,
You the man! Thank you!
I always liked the way they felt.
PMags will be the overall general consensus but I prefer Okay mags almost exclusively. I also use Lancer mags on some setups. Pmags are great if you are dropping mags regularly onto the ground/hard surface doing reloads. Sometimes, the feed lips on metal mags can deform if they hit just right on concrete which can cause feeding issues after the fact where pmags don't. The polymer is flexible and retains shape. I've never had an OKay mag deform no matter how many times it hits the ground.
