For all the Foodies and Cooking Show nuts among us...

Looks like Food Network's giving the "all competition all the time" thing an overdue but welcome break because Good Eats is BACK! Hopefully Alton Brown will dial down the douchebaggery he's had goin' on since the end of the original... I know he used to be one of us and once prized his Daniel Defense AR's, but the Rotten Apple Blight had started to spread to him too.

I've learned more from Alton Brown than anyone else about cooking. I currently can't get the Food network anymore, so I guess I'll miss out on it.

Hmmm... No wonder there wasn't any Chicken Parm on the menus in Italy last week. The Spaghetti Vongole and Alio Olio variants were surprisingly good though!

Definitely looking forward to the rest of the episodes. Especially the pizza one as I wasn't impressed in Naples...

Alton Brown is cool and I can overlook his schtick because he's a gun owner, he loves watches and from the south.

But I've learned more about cooking exotic dishes from many youtube stars. I have 3 that I follow regularly.

Riots are like sports, it's better to watch it on TV at home.
