Unless you live in a non-free state, this is a terrible idea.

The Griffin Spartan and Sig SRD556 are perfect for this. They both have it listed in their marketing that they can be used for this specific purpose. I would lean towards the Sig can personally.

I am currently awaiting an SRD762 that will be pinned and welded to a 12.5” .308 AR.

La Rue SUURG kit with LMT MARS-L stripped lower and call it done. Everything is included, even a good enough trigger. Only the supressor stamp needed since their brake thing is PW to the 11.5 barrel.

I want to use a cav arms or gwacs lower for this so a pistol lower is not my preferred choice.
