    Ranger Bands?

What specific bands and sizes do you all use to secure your slings to your rifles?

I just buy a 20x1.75 heavy duty bike innertube and cut 3/4 wide bands as I need them.

    Well that escalated quickly.

I just keep breaking rubber bands and bought a new safe today so now I have like 10 rifles side by side with slings.

Also, if you ever saw me in person you’d know I’m a power bottom bear.

Yeah. Forum software must be activity real weird lately if this thread is any indication.
AQ planned for years and sent their A team to carry out the attacks, and on Flight 93 they were thwarted by a pick-up team made up of United Frequent Fliers. Many people look at 9/11 and wonder how we can stop an enemy like that. I look at FL93 and wonder, "How can we lose?". -- FromMyColdDeadHand

The tire thing works, especially if you have kids.

Generally, I use the bands that come with my SOB B-slings. You get one with each sling, plus he sells them, I think: https://sobtactical.com/combat-bands-or-riggers-bands/

When I install the stock on any rifle I make for someone else (generally friends or family) I put one of these around the stock:

Don't remember where I both them, but pretty sure I didn't pat $10.00

I would have left it at 'power bear' but that's just me.
