We have a Constitution and Bill of Rights for a reason. Not everyone's opinion is created equal. He can care about anyone and anything he wants, so long as his "feelings" don't influence unconstitutional policies.

They would ban them and make us felons overnight. They'd simply let time and an ever changing public opinion erode away the 2A, as they've already been doing for decades. No confiscation needed.

Well three of the four of those is already happening, and getting worse every day.

Anyone willing to start shooting people because Congress uses a Constitutional remedy is no patriot, but an enemy to the Republic and it's people. If I need to start stuffing mags it'll be to fight off those more willing to support a man than our Constitution. That said, probably not gonna happen.

No surprise here. Sort of like vote harvesting that CA legalized- they just keep “finding” more votes until they have enough to win.

This right here is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard, you a probably a Liberal socialist type. you are talking about the Congress Impeaching the elected president of the United states, After investigating him for two years without a ounce of r dirt, after spending millions of tax payers money in vein. Impeachment based in personal dislike and you see nothing wrong with that, Wow. we are truly doomed.

I believe in peace, love and extremely violent weapons systems... just in case that whole peace-and-love thing doesn't work out.

Regardless of the political reality, impeachment doesn't become any less of a Constitutional remedy because the Dems are being big meanies. If the House and Senate vote to impeach and remove, POTUS goes. Thems the rules.

This isn’t a Constitutional “remedy”, it’s political lawfare to reverse an election. Do you really think this is where it stops if they win?

This. I was going to ask if he feels what is happening now is "constitutional"

    Lol what?

This is like saying lawfully passed legislation somehow magically brings about absolute and irrefutable validation upon itself just because of the mechanisms which facilitated it coming into existence.

Apparently you have more faith and trust in government than most.

When used as a political tool to undo an election the other side didn't like it's no long a constitutional remedy.
