If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong.

The last thing I want to do is hurt you,
but it's still on my list.

That has a very narrow notch, .125. IIRC Ameriglo is .150 and frt sight is .090 wide
    Thanks for the info

I think I am going to sell my G45/19 MOS and pay to have my other G45 milled for an RMR. Get #dougified at #ateiguns

Use the shorter Ameriglo Black on Black .315 frt and .394 rear. AND GET the rear sight dovetail cut in front of the RMR like my M&P9 1.0

I have an atei and it's very nice. If your just experimenting the brownells glock slides with the rmr cut (no window) have been great and can be a very cheap option if caught on sale.

I have looked at options, but I have Gen 5 frames. IIRC the Brownells slides are Gen 3/4. For the money, time spent and end results, ATEI is hard to beat.
I did see Mod K Armory has RMR cut and slide refinish for $150. Seen photos of their work, never handled one.

Nice looking pistol, who did the stipple work?

    My G19 Gen 5

    M&P9, ATEI work

Agency did the framework. I love ATEi but if I was going to get a slide milled today I would go with the Agency Arms AOS system. They check all the boxes - steel plates, depth, modularity of sights, and future proof.

I forgot about Agency Arms AOS. Thanks for the reminder.

So... I was sent pictures of a G17 MOS, CHPWS plate, RMR, and GL-429 sights. The set up had the irons peeking up enough to make shots, but probably even lower than a 1/3 co-witness. Looked perfect to me.

I'll have the same set-up, albeit with a Holosun 407c, on Monday and will see if it lines up the same with the different RDS.
