I used to be on a bunch or car forums, kind of cycled through them as I changed cars. audi>porsche>bmw I have those cars occasionally check the forum, Ive just lost the passion.

Not dropping the AR so here I am. The quality has dropped here, but honestly it is a match to the saturated and basically unchanging industry. When this place was hot, so was the GWOT and the golden age of AR15 modification and development. We've all done the AR thing now, the excitement and novelty is gone.

I believe KalasniKEV posts in the Arfcom Retro forum sometimes (and possibly elsewhere on the site, but the Retro and A2 sub forums are the only place on Arfcom I ever visit).
I don't know KEV by any stretch, but I do remember him from Gunsnet way back in the early 2000s when we were both frequent users of the site.

I recalled it was about 7n6's posts ans someone saying Nazism wasn't all bad. His view was that he couldn't afford to be aligned with a forum that allowed such stuff because of his work as an ER doctor. Apparently, unlike HMAC, he isn't an owner. LOL

I’m not political.

I will say M4C is what you make it. A bad day on M4C beats a great day on barfcom with its threads on 40 yo virgins and sexual frustration.

We got a lot of knowledgeable people who have lived a life and still people who ask good questions.

Eurodriver will be humble about it and yeah he is a friend of mine irl, but he really is one of the better if not best marksmen I have ever seen and he typifies what M4C SHOULD be. Guys who actually shoot, run their stuff raw, and live life.

Barfcom is the place for fashion statements and gun pokemon. This place alone has over the years taught me I don’t need not even a fraction of what I thought I did.

Remember that scene in Platoon where HIV positive Charlie Sheen packs way way way too much stuff and the movie’s bad guy, Willem Dafoe tells him he don’t need all that and how to be more light and smart about it?

That is what this place has done for me.

If people wish to step away for awhile that is their business. Still good stuff here.
