    And the 9mm AR is designed to function that way. Grind the locking mechanism off a 9mm locked breach pistol and it will likely blow up.

    Something that may be of interest. No Kb, but not exactly "locked" considering the cartridge:

    Looks like a drop in single stage trigger assembly. I'm thinking Timney.

    But the route cause there is possibly an over-pressured round, a plugged barrel, but most likely a 300blk that chambered into a 5.56 rifle. Don't do that either...

    Someone needs to buy a cheap PSA and make a video I am really surprised it's not on youtube already.

    Yes, it is obvious that this rifle failed because the carrier key was not staked properly....
