How can the FSB be canted? It's usually pinned incorrectly (off of top dead center) for that to be an issue. I've never seen an FSB that had a cant to it in itself.
Although hindsight at this point, it's always best to buy a factory pinned FSB barrel because the jig and machinery to do this correctly are cost prohibitive for a small gunsmith.
