CMMG makes/has great small parts, as does Schmid Tool. Schmid Tool supplies small parts to Colt and many others, like BCM.
The Blaster Starter Kit from SOLGW is outstanding and can be found on sale for great prices.
Forward Controls Design sells a lot of small parts and springs and they source parts from places like CMMG. DSG Arms also has a great selection of small parts.
