    Carrier wear in upper

This is a new factory 11.5 upper, which has been great. It has less than 400 rounds through it, about half suppressed. I have been using a suppressed bolt carrier group exclusively, and noticed in this upper and in a Zev rifle wear that seems excessive to me. I would appreciate your thoughts. In the mean time, I reached out to the company that made the BCG and put the factory BCG back in.

Nothing unusual. Don't lose sleep over this. Cam pin lash exacerbated by SBR (big gas port) and suppressor. You see this frequently in a lot of carbine setups.

Sounds good. I have pretty limited experience with SBRs, I figured you guys could shed some light on it.

I agree. And once it wears to a certain point it shouldn't get any worse.
