Since no one mentioned it yet, Shooters World Blackout (D063-02) and Socom (D063-01) are also viable options in between H110 and 1680. Socom is slightly faster burning than Blackout.
For subsonic, IMR 4198 and Reloader 7 are supposed to work, but I didn't get them to work before moving on to 1680. 1680 works great but is a bit smokier than I prefer, especially suppressed. The Shooters World Blackout is advertised as a viable subsonic and supersonic powder. I'm just hoping that it's less smoky.
Having had supersonic success with Lil'Gun and H110/W296 since the beginning, I haven't tried the Shooters World powders in 300BLK yet. One reason I got them was to try them in the mid-weight (~150 gr cast and jacketed) plinking range. Being slightly slower burning than H110, I am hoping that Shooters World Socom excels in this range.
Good luck and be safe.

I grabbed H110 and A1680. Hornady strongly recommended the A1680. I have 500 pieces of Starline brass coming for the 150gr bullets I have and a bit of Fiocchi 150gr FMJs for comparison. Should be a good time.

I have tried a ton of powders. Hard to beat H110 or 300-MP for supers, and AA1680 for subs. H4198 AND RL-7 are cleaner and a little quieter than AA1680 for subs but won't run every gun.
Now if you want real fun, put 3.8 gr of Red Dot under a 110 SP. BB gun quiet and very accurate. Won't cycle but literally as quiet as a suppressed 22 LR.

I have tried a few variants but primarily just use H110 for supers and A1680 for subs

Tagged for interest. I am reloading for .308 now but after it will be for .300blk. I have a BCM 9” with pistol gas. Only shot it suppressed and have only used factory ammo. Good info in this thread.

I haven't done any reloading for my 300 BLK yet. I can say that my 10.3" BA barrel is probably gassed perfectly for a suppressor. It won't cycle subs, and that's with a standard rifle spring and A5H0 buffer. It cycles supers fine.
