Just ordered a BRT EZtune yesterday in the Gas Port Size: #4 - .0635
    It's going on a 10.3" with a gas port size of .070" 100% suppressed.
My form 1 suppressor lives on it full time and it's bored out for .30 cal with low back pressure.
Right now I'm using the Vltor A5-H4 buffer, hoping to keep it a bit cleaner with the BRT gas tube and switch to an A5-H2.
Will report back when installed and shot.

Will you make tubes for .308 where over gas is more of an issue.

Interested in your results, have an an almost identical setup, just installed a .0625 on my 10.5” Noveske with A5H3, waiting for my Thunder Chicken Form 4 to play around with buffer weights.

    That setup should work nicely.

Just had one of our prototype tubes make it past 5000 rounds on a suppressed carbine.

The port is still in fairly good shape, but the tube will be retired due to a cracking on the back side related to prototype features.

Our EZTUNE Gas Tubes continue to work great.

We've updated them with laser engraving for easy identification.

I got the "Preset" suppressor EZtune for my DD 10.3" barrel with the .070" gas port, and it is one of the best upgrades I've made. I use a Saker full size suppressor and my eyes get destroyed when I fire rapidly. Not anymore.

Virtually no gas to my face in all shooting positions. Easy follow up shots since I can actually see.

This was an easy upgrade, my barrel shoots great and didn't want to change it out.

It is from the construction of underground FEMA camps. I can't say more because there a guy parked in front of house in an AMC Pacer. He is acting like he talking on the phone, but I know better.

I have to sign off now & put my laptop in the microwave.

I got one for my PSA 10.5” CHF upper, and it has been nothing but fantastic. Best $50 USD I spent

I just dropped one in my bcm 11.5”. Huge reduction in face-gas, and its now my smoothest shooting upper.
I really underestimated how overgassing affects sight movement and recoil.

    Awesome product.

I tend to run heavy buffers so what size would you recommend for a 10.3” colt suppressed using an H3 buffer? I’m not sure about the port size but I want to say .70?

I only run brass, 55 to 77 grain.
