This sounds to me like something that you'd have to get an attorney to help you get through. If you need to do that, I'd get an attorney that is well versed in NFA and also owns NFA items. I think the owning of NFA items is important because it indicates a passion for what he's doing.

I'm filling for an expungement. The issue was that I was a minor and the arrest wasn't even a misdemeanor. Why it's on my FBI file I have no clue.
