Recommended gas jet size for 10” scar 16

Just as the title says. I’m looking to replace my factory scar gas jet with a Parker mountain one so I can run a can without destroying my bolt and carrier. What size are you guys going with? I’m leaning towards 1.7 or 1.8mm
    I paint spaceship parts.

Did you order the factory 10"? Doesn't it come with a gas jet?

    What did Parker Mountain suggest?

I didn't think the jets were very expensive. I'd start with the smaller one, and go larger if I ran into cycling problems. Or just buy both.

The reason I cannot give you a direct answer is because I haven't done the SBR yet because I haven't moved out of Commiefornia yet. So all my SCARs are in limbo.

You might want to have both in case you put a can on and determine the switch doesn't cut off enough gas.

    Also, check the FN forum.
