Gideon pulling out the Vibroblade......
Just watched the last Chapter...
WARNING! SPOILERS BE AHEAD!
Overall, I liked the principle behind the show, though they left a few things hanging.
The whole Tatooine episode was curious. It's like they started going down a path for something, then just never finished it up. That episode didn't really "fit" into the rest of the show.
I didn't mind Episode 4 since it did give some establishment on Cara Dune as well as some good background on the Mandalorian customs. It was kinda predictable, but overall, it helped flesh out the characters that we'd see later on.
The way they finished it was good. The season ended without a major cliffhanger so to speak. However, with Moff Gideon using the Darksaber (where did he get that?) and climbing out of that TIE there certainly is enough to give a second season.
Overall, there's enough continuity with the franchise to make it Star Wars in name, but enough distinction to expand that universe like Rogue One.
Good character development for the most part with the time allotted.
I'm impressed. 9.5/10
Experience is a cruel teacher, gives the exam first and then the lesson.
Did anyone else notice that it was Deathwatch that rescued Din on his home planet? I’m also curious how Moff got the dark saber. If they’re including events from clone wars then the Emporor would’ve been the last to have it, right? Anyway it was by far the best show and they’ve all been good. Maybe this is how Star Wars should have always been, weekly episodes that follow characters as they go through all of the event that make them who they are.
This series is the best thing to come out of the franchise since Rogue One.
Period.
Way better than the hot garbage that is the entire sequel trilogy.

Well, I'm ready for season 2 of Lone Wolf and Cub in space.
