And a ton of Lego crap for relatives and Jurassic World figures for overseas friends who I owe favors. (Just because I had a complete Jurassic PARK collection back in '93 as a kid, everybody thinks I've kept up and can get them anything they want on-demand... )

You should see my mother with a giant stuffed Blue she's adopted as a "lizard grandkid," and that's not even getting into stuff with little Junior, the T-rex in my av. (Huge tyrannosaur geek here, a paleontologist friend helped excavate the Fort Peck rex, brought a skull cast home to her shop and used to think it was funny watching me study it. "Um, you DO realize that's too big for you to do Shakespeare with, right?") Personal pipedream for a retirement home is a place out in the bonebeds where I can at least offer any dig teams in the neighborhood hot coffee, hot breakfast and hot showers every morning.

Lots of little bits and pieces this year. I never saw any killer deals on anything I couldn't live without.
However, the Geissele site was enormously tempting.

Ordered 2xAmbi Safeties, 1xLPK, 1xG2S, and 1xSCH from Geissele. Got a SLK upper from LMT for $399(too cheap to pass up).

Just dropped $300 on triggers lol. Feeling a little buyers remorse but couldn't help it.
Picked up the geissele ssa e for ddm4v5 and a timney elite Hunter for my Remington 700

Really wanted to pull the trigger on a LMT MWS Defender though. Had to resist.

I refreshed my open Geissele tabs this morning and had sticker shock at the regular full prices. Feeling like I should have ordered some of those things ^ yesterday when I knew it was the last day/chance. Great deals. I basically want to go back and get the whole enhanced BCG/Super 42/Buffer and an ACH for a couple of my current rifles, but I only got one ACH and one spring/buffer

I did get a great deal on an Aero Atlas 1 10.5" sig brace complete pistol (no sights) for $729 though, already arrived.

I'm going to try to resist the whole thing but we'll see if there is something I can't live without. I might get some ammo if there are any real good deals.

Lol. I think most people on here have done something like that before. I did the opposite, and ended up buying enough ammo early on I used up my spending money before I found any great deals.
