What Kind Of 7.62x54R Ammo Is This...?

Bought it so long ago I forgot. Based on the HNGR I'm assuming it's Hungarian. Also is that really brass cased or was it brass washed?

Lemme come over with my rifle

I’ve shot plenty of copper washed milsurp rounds from Eastern bloc countries and China 20 years ago with this rifle, worked just fine.

Pull one of the bullets. It is as long as a 220gr hpbt. It shoots great out of Mosins. Original cost was around $42/case from Century Arms. I used to order this 10 cases at a time.
