There was a period of time where I was shooting handgun enough that I could sometimes feel the difference on bullet weights. I don't remember it having any effect on my times at all.

I just too the barrel and rsa out of 2 slides and weighed them:
G23.4 w/rmr t1 factory ns: 13.1 oz
G19.5 w/rmr t2 factory poly sights: 12.7 oz
Anyone have an iron sight slide to compare?
Looks like irons weights are:
19.4 = 12.3oz
17.4 = 12.7oz
34.4 = 13.3oz

Honestly, the sighting systems are so different I never noticed a difference. Maybe not where you were going, but it doesnt matter, get familiar with what you run and get good with it. When you get to the point it matters, you can adjust in a range seasion or two to different recoils.
