I'd grab an 11.5. After trying one, I can see why people like them. Suppression would not play into that decision.
It really depends on what you want in your inventory. I have a pinned 14.5 and 11.5” pistol. You can set them up for overlapping roles or completely different ones. Its all what you want. The 11.5 could serve as a backup to the 14.5” if it goes down. Im not a fan of having 1 anything. 11.5 can reach out to decent distance with a lpvo, and can still fit in a bag or other places a 14.5 gets a little long for.

Do the 11.5 and a 10.3....
That 14.5 with the MAMS will feel like a musket afterwards.
If I was in a state that has already banned NFA, I’d be very concerned about AR pistols not being legal for much longer, so that’s something to consider. I wouldn’t only want an 11.5 just because of the suppressor. It’d be far more applicable for real life gun stuff whether boogaloo or HD.
Now whether you want to be optimistic about a grandfather clause and get one while you can, or avoid it in case they don’t grandfather, is up to you.
