For those of us that carry a 19 this is good news for a cheaper trainer, but I was hoping it would at least match the 19's minimum magazine capacity. Price will be very important on this one, I personally do not own a .22 currently.
Msrp is 400 so it’s not terribly priced. That’s what my Beretta 92 22 kit cost and my CZ75 SAO Cadet cost more or less around $700. Should be a fun little plinker.

MAP $359. I’m hoping blue label is $299

If it has a Gen 5 trigger (like it appears to) then it should be good to go out of the box.

Hoping other sizes come in the future, never cared for the compact frames. I want a .22 43X to suppress to **** around and use to teach my kid, but need the ability to add a dot, if that's not possible, I'll pass.

Guns.com just published a review of the G44:

GLOCK 44: MEET THE NEW TRAIL-READY GLOCK 22LR HANDGUN

This part indicates that they'll be offering a threaded barrel model, not just the separate barrel kit:

With an MSRP of $430, the Glock G44 is set to launch on Jan. 20, 2020 and will be available in a threaded barrel option as well.

Yep, I guess their next big thing will be a 15 round mag for it.

Whatever, after the G42 let down I've given up being excited about Glock's big announcements.
    Gettin' down innagrass.
