What wall tube thickness did you go with? These are very reasonably priced.
Also interested to see the accuracy. I may run this can (if I go through with it) double duty 9mmsmg/precision rifle (6.5CM). Either Plan A or keymo. I imagine the short brakes for either would go well on the m11/9.

Im taking back what I said about the baffles. My experience is with pistol rounds not rifle, so I really dont know if you’d notice a difference. Sorry for any confusion... I’ve been sick the last couple days and think my heads been in a fog.

I wasn't about to cut more titanium anyway.

The can is 11.1 oz with no baffles drilled.

Here's the stack with the cap and cap spacer in front. Blast chamber spacer is on top. I hope the efile process holds true with taking about a month.

Mark, what did you use to cut the titanium tubing for the spacers?

Seriously thinking about doing this for a .30-cal can, and putting it on a bolt-action SBR for hunting piggies.

That is, by far, the hardest part of the project. I used a technique posted on another forum a while back. Chuck a dremel cut off wheel into a drill press, and spin the spacer around on the press until it cuts through. I can put a pic up later.

It works great, but is exhausting. I probably used 5 or 6 cutoff wheels to get these cuts done. I don't know any other way to do this. A chop saw blade was too much material loss due to the blade width.

Hence an additional reason why skirted cones are superior honestly.

What are skirted cones? A baffle shape? I do have some concerns about the baffle shape's effectiveness, but it's what the kit offers. This project is a straight up fun/challenge deal. Pappabear already has an obnoxious amount of factory cans.
