    I was 168 this morning.
    I keep checking and some days im down to 167, I'm pretty happy as I'm rarely over 170 anymore. And if I am it's not for long.

    I feel like if I eant to hit ,165 I should push to do do it now. I know the goal was for november but I'm getting into a streach of family birthdays and get togethers that will last all the way up to and past Christmas.

    191 last night/wee hours of AM. Not where I wanna be, but at least I'm stable and not going up--and being fifty pounds lighter than when I started is still nothing to sneeze at.

    Cool to see continued drops for you guys.

    My scale was not working, so I have to dig out an old one. Feel as though weight stabilized from prior week.

    191.8 again... not happy, especially with restaurants here closing dining rooms again because of Dimslee's ever-more-expensive-to-comply-with edicts (even the big nationals like Denny's are shutting down!) and delivery services not letting me do special orders or substitute salads as sides for my steaks.

    Was 168 today, been tending to eat worse in the weekend.

    I did see 165.8 earlier in the week so that was pretty exciting, was at 166 a few days too.

    Need to slow my roll a bit, was 170 yesterday. Saturday was daughter's birthday day and then made a big breakfast yesterday.

    Should go back down as I get back to normal eating habits.

    I don’t about you guys, but it has been an unexpectedly crazy year, even aside from COVID-19.
    Had to step away from working out for a while, but by my math and simple progression... I can still hit my 400 # deadlift goal by Thanksgiving. No excuses at this point. Even getting back to pullups has been good, regardless of having to begin again at 5 reps.

    191.0 Saturday midnight... gotta start getting more fiber alongside my protein, but with reduced menus all anyone seems to be able to serve is cheap starches.

    Guess for now, the order of the day is "stabilization"... then again, if we lose in November there's a good chance I'll find myself wishing I'd kept those fifty pounds of fat reserves.
