    197.6 Sunday morning... afraid of this weekend with Old Breadhead carb binging and demanding I cleanup her leftovers. "Mother, if you want a living trash disposal get a damn DOG..."

    Thanks for the bump reminder... started the week at 198.6. Too much giving in to the whining for the sake of my ears, not enough cracking the whip.

    Last week 199.something, ballooned to 201 midweek and started this one at 197.0.

    I see a lot of Cobb salads in my future... and no sense in why restaurants can't stock something as simple as plain vinegar for dressing. It's not like I'm insisting on fancy aged Modena Balsamic or anything... just something that doesn't have carbs and doesn't have anchovy.

    264.6. Down almost 4 pounds from 2 weeks ago. Feeling good! I did just go get all my hormone levels checked to make sure everything is good. Hoping the results will be back today or monday at the latest

    Had them Check Total Test, Free test, FSH, and LH. Can remember if my doc put anything else on there, but will share results. 39 Year old male. I had a total and free test panel run in feb and the free test was really low and total test was only 294, so hoping the weight loss is helping, or going to look into TRT. I had a regular panel for all the usual stuff in February and all was good for that.

    Bad news: Fell off the wagon, an old favorite college haunt closed for the last time yesterday due to nonrenewal of lease so I decided to get some old favorites one last time and carbs be damned.

    Good news: Even with that, down to 195.4 this morning.

    I don't follow this thread. I only see the updates by way of "What's new". This "ah shucks, whoopsie" seems to be your flavor.

    Here's some options;

    - Get serious
    -or-
    -Get a diary

    "Fell off the wagon" is re staying Keto--you'll note that I departed from practice with a specific stated reason and owned the expected consequences, and was pleasantly surprised by NOT having any and in fact the needle continuing to move toward where it needs to be. important thing is DESPITE that I'm moving back the right direction and coming in five pounds below where I was earlier in the month. I WAS taking measurements weight-neck-waistline three times a day early on and plugging 'em into an Excel spreadsheet.

    Gets challenging trying to eat healthy when the other member of your household either has nutritional needs diametrically opposite to your own or has poor impulse control and can't or won't plan their way out of a wet paper bag...

    Just keep plugging along Diamondback. I have seen people gain 30-40lbs in less than a year when they get off track, so you are doing good. Not saying you got offtrack, just that it can easily happen and get out of control fast

    I know first hand it can be rough eating right with different family dynamics. I have a wife and 5 year old. My wife doesn't need to drop the weight like i do, so she wants pizza on a friday night sometimes, etc.. It sucks to have that there and eat a chicken salad or egg white omelet for dinner.

    I forgot to weigh in last week, we were away on a trip. Will report back Friday with my weigh in. I have steadily been going down the past 6 months, but am sure there will be some hiccups by the time i get to my goal weight

    I quit reading at the first excuse. To play fair, I went back through the thread some. Yep, excuses. You want "Weight loss group accountability"? It starts with getting serious.

    Then I saw this -
