dude.. do about 5 min of ass busting ab work whilst continuing dropping the adipose and you WILL have abs... its the greatest thing ever.. just as long as you aren't one of those Abercronbie & Fitch skinny dudes with no muscle mass and abs... that's gross, lol... I'd be happy to share with you my current diet/macro intake and exercise regimen. You'd be surprised to know that I do a grand total of ZERO cardio and I work out about 4 days a week...
