What is your goal? Going for the summer beach abs look or just overall flat belly? Good on ya! Even if you are only 5'5" 171 is a decent number depending on muscle density and waist circumference. I'm 5'11" with a (now) 32" waist and nearly all the bodyfat I wanted gone is gone! I used to compete when I was 17 and 19 but now at 37 I just like being nicely ripped during summer. It's been hard to be able to get the actual weight lifting parts in during this "covid 19 is totally real and this wasn't planned" scam-demic...
Good luck everyone! We should start posting image hosting links to pics of our progress, yeah? No half naked stuff just before and afters, maybe? Whatcha all think?
Oh yeah, what have you all been doing for weight lifting since all the gyms are closed??

Originally I was shooting for 165 or so. Scale said 170 today, it's funny the other day I was looking up what the average weight for my hight and it said between 128 and 156. Not sure I want to get that low.

I do need to pick up some weights, would like ro start doing some strength training.

194.2 again... a wash for the week, but at least I've overcome the effects of Old Bread Brain demanding another carb binge.

    175.5#

I never want to sound content, but I’m not upset about holding within a pound for a month plus. A lot going on, and part of the reason weight has not gone up is that the workouts are now habit. Just due to life, I’ve been sticking with 100 KB swings 5-6 mornings per week.
Mixing light squats in this week. Would be adding pullups, but haven’t made the time to stand in line at Lowe’s for an hour to put a bar together for the garage.

Same here re "sounding content"--I have more to do, but my usual special-orders have to be dine-in rather than delivery and are thus stuck waiting until Der Fuhrer gets his head forcibly pried out of his ass. I just need to stay below 200 for four more weeks...

Closed the week at 194.8 after a brief surge over 195.

Not near my scale last couple days, so will push this one off until next week. Staying stable, but moving a lot more.

    Well... 177.0.

Went up a bit, but moving more. I’ll take the hit. Been crazy, and I know I’ve also added noticeable muscle. Have to watch beverage consumption again and will be back on track.

194 here. Not where I'd like, but OK for a temporary holding pattern considering where I started. Had to buy new pants because I've gone down two sizes... finding 28-29" inseams is A Bloody Nuisance, and tailors here aren't considered "essential."
