Not a weekly score report, but this is what 199.0 looks like... shirt is an XL.

Slowin' down the rate of approach but still getting there...

EDIT: Ended the week at 200.4, three mornings in the 199's.

    ^progress is good

    178.8 this morning

I made my excuses already. But now I’m working from home for a few days while new mom is sequestering newborn from two kids with influenza. Fun times.

    180 this morning!

Was 179 yesterday but we ended up ordering out last night.

Still trying to avoid eating a lot of carbs, did end up eating some fries last night. Not nearly as many as I typically would.

Still have a bottle of Mountain Dew that I bought early last week that I have not drank yet.

Also have a bunch of Girl Scout cookies that I ordered. May hold of in those till I drop a few more lbs.

Sometimes. Depends on you. Theres an urge to get up and do something because you've been used to getting up for a smoke. Lots of people substitute that with food. If you don't substitute for food you won't gain
I quit a recently and there is a feeling of wanting something. I just know what I want and why so I wait for the feeling to go away. Takes a few minutes. Haven't gained weight yet

Ok. Been doing keto for a week and a half. Only slip was a slice of pizza last night. Don’t know the weight, have to get to the doc to use the scale so it’s consistent, but the belt is down almost a notch. Don’t worry, though. I’m still fat.

Daily weigh-ins are pointless. 30 days is better.

Daily weigh-ins aren't pointless if you're tracking everyday and you plot your data, plus once you hit a stride and you see incremental improvement in terms of .2-.3 lbs per day (which is possible), it does wonders for morale and only fuels the fire for more.

Yes it is. To many variables from calorie intake, water retention, sleep, etc. It’s akin to chasing your rifle zero by adjusting your scope after firing a single round every time.

Assuming one is tracking caloric intake and strength training it becomes even less meaningful since you’ll get more definitive feedback from how your clothes fit and how you look in the mirror.

Daily weigh-ins typically are going to not tell enough of “the story.” Things take time, and there are too many variables. I like weekly for the consistency of it, though a little more time is probably more practical.
