In my case, it also helps to note that by this point in a typical year I'm *well* into fattening up for winter so to be posting REDUCTION this late in the season is remarkable.

Still banging out six ten-minute miles a week, which while it's not much for a Tier 1 Doorkicker or a fitness nut who ENJOYS pain and sweat, by the benchmark of "mostly sedentary life desk-dweller"... well, while there'd be a high price to pay afterward 40yo me could kick 20yo me's ass.

Want to lose weight, get hit by a cat 4 hurricane, work from dawn to dusk cleaning up debris in 95 degree heat and 85% relative humidity with no A/C, 2 meals a day for 17 days. Worked for me.

253 this morning. Maintaining this month after 9 months of dieting and about 79lbs down. Figured it would be a good month to maintain due to extremely busy schedule and always good to reset the metabolism.

I dont see any issues with the holidays, I will eat thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, but wont go crazy with other junk throughout the season

That's one you might want to reach out to Will Brink for, it's kinda what he does.

250.8 this morning which is a new low by 1lb. Kinda surprised me as we have been packing, moving, etc these last 2 weeks and I haven't been working out much and looser on diet. I will take it.

194.2. Apparently I wasn't as successful dodging the mushrooms in yesterday's spaghetti as I thought... "crap the pounds off" is neither a viable diet plan nor fun.

How long were you sick, and are you sure you lost muscle? Being sick will llead to dehydration, and some malnutrition which can cause you to lose weight but not actual tissue. If you truly lost muscle tissue it will take a lite while to put back on, but not as long as you might think. How many pounds of muscle do you feel you lost?

I can cut weight and water for something like a vacation to the beach and look flat, but with some water and carbs can fill back up and be 10 pounds heavier overnight. So it's going to depend on if you truly lost muscle or not. Genetics and age will play a large roll as well.
