Happy to not go up... But kicking soda (and chai tea lattes) alone has probably made the biggest difference in the past several weeks-month. About to hit the road for work again this week, which really presents the challenge.
I feel like being able to prep your own meals is pretty important and I'm no health guru.

Not at my current job but I've had ones where I had to travel for the day (visiting customer sites) this led to a lot of eating out. Or at times traveling for a week or weeks at a time training and that was worse. Normally didn't have a room with kitchen to buy and make food.
