    dude.. do about 5 min of ass busting ab work whilst continuing dropping the adipose and you WILL have abs... its the greatest thing ever.. just as long as you aren't one of those Abercronbie & Fitch skinny dudes with no muscle mass and abs... that's gross, lol... I'd be happy to share with you my current diet/macro intake and exercise regimen. You'd be surprised to know that I do a grand total of ZERO cardio and I work out about 4 days a week...

    No change from last week. May have hit the point where a reasonable drop in calories simply won’t continue to reduce fat without increased activity. Still ate fairly healthy, and calorie count was generally low.

    Ended the week at 199.4, gain of 0.4. Too much delivery and carry-out where I can't special-order to keep keto-friendly. Can't wait for this fake crisis to end...

    A little shocked, with being at home during work and not at the office it has thrown off my eating habits s bit. Trying to get into a new groove so I don't go back to my old habits.

    Down to 181.8 with shirt and socks on this morning... Abs looking AMAZING! I know I'll never be back in my competition look (197 lbs w/5.6% BF) as i was at 17 and 19 but DAYUM I'm loving my abs back out again... I never "lost" them, just gained too much covering layer over several years... I can never again go another summer without my "beach bod". There is no greater feeling than having some 18 or 21 year old booty beauty eyeing up and down this 37 year olds body like a hungry leapord when he sees a baby gazelle left unnattended... I'm being cereal here, guys. The wife absolutely loves it, too. The same feeling i get when other dudes get jealous of me when they see my wife... "Yep, look and be jealous, shes mine", ya know?

    Training. Not too worried about diet, but will have to add some good calories if the training increases.

    Got delivery notification for the Rogue squat rack this afternoon...
