    Well, monthly results for March: in spite of Coronapocalypse wreaking havoc on my diet plan, still managed to drop two pounds. Normal the past year has been 3.5 to 5 monthly... I can forget hitting 180 by 40 in June, but at least I'm in better shape--not just age-adjusted but absolute--as I approach 40 than I was at 30.

    Progress is progress.

    I’m looking at probably staying pretty level again this week (without checking).
    A problem is buying coffee (by which I mean, a high calorie coffee-based beverage) at a local shop on the way to work each morning, trying to keep them worth business.

    Also, I haven’t eaten a meal at home M-F in over a week. Work, in my area, is absolutely slammed and fairly stressful at the moment. Runs to Burger King before the hour drive home have been the norm, while just nuts and sometimes a can of Coke during the day.

    I think things have settled down a bit, so should be back to a better diet this week.

    I'm at 177, also not trending down too much the last few weeks.

    Seem to be in the mid to high 170s pretty consistently, will try to tighten up the diet again till I get into the low 170s.

    Down to 179.4 as of yesterday, didn't weigh today. Incredible... starting to get those veins crawling up my obliques... can't wait for summer!

    175 this morning
    I'm also not making much progress these last few weeks. Happy im down from when we started and staying pretty consistent.

    Meal planning has been different as I'm home all the time now (thankfully still working) but when I'd go to the office I'd bring my food for the day and that's all I'd have. Now being at home I tend to snack a bit more but not as much as I used to.

    The wife is also trying to join in dropping a few lbs with me so that is helpful too.
