    167.6 this morning

Getting pretty close to the 165 I wanted to be at. Im happy with the progress I've made. Has really been all from cutting back on what I eat.

I did pick up a used exercise bike I need to clean up and find a place for and a punching bag that is in pretty good shape. Was trying to find some used weight someone was trying to give away or sell on the cheap but think with a lot of gyms still closed everyone is holding on to them. Maybe as they open up people will start to get rid of them.

Ended the week at 194.2 after having been in the high 193's for most of it.

Good reminder that you can’t outwork poor food/drink choices.

Minimal, but going the right direction again.

After bottoming for the week at 192.8, ended up ballooning back to 194.6 between part of an order of Loaded Nacho Tots and a bowl of chicken-noodle soup at lunch yesterday. Looks like I need to eat less Denny's/similar and more Qdoba.

Oh joy, not even lunchtime yet and the Old One's already whining about "I want Arby's sandwiches"...

Don't think I posted last week.

I was 169 this morning, lost a little ground but not too worried about it.

I damaged my scale on a poorly laid tile a couple weeks ago, but I think it is still reading somewhat correctly.

    179.1

Yes, that’s the wrong direction, and it wasn’t muscle mass.

Final score for the week later, but I did achieve a low of 189.8 midweek! Too bad with these absurd slow-roll openings and facediaper BS there's little to no options to mark hitting a checkpoint with... Olive Garden steak and fettucine will have to do.

Can't wait until Phase 4 and the Mongolian buffet reopens...

Edit: 189.8 was best evening high, week-ender was 191.8 and best morning low was in the mid-188s

Gotta own up. I’m at 177.7 on my bathroom scale that I damaged on some poorly laid tile. At recently calibrated hospital scale three days earlier, I was ~183 after deducting for shoes/clothes. Will have to reassess if I can figure out whether my scale is at least consistent.
