Ended the week at 189.4, starting to consistently get morning lows in the mid to high 187's. Starting to go at the salads again...

Was 170 this morning. Been giving in to some stress eating.

Thank you--that was just when this thread started, in February '19 when I started the goal of "40 lbs off before my 40th birthday" I was all the way up to 240. Goal is, I'm thinking, in the midcourse aim to level off at around 170-175, then maybe start seeing about some toning, conditioning and cardio.
Believe it or not, other than dodging semis on a 1-mile jog four mornings a week with a second mile running off one bus and onto the next (and a stop at the sandwich shop for a wrap and a salad) two of those, this has all been done by simple diet/nutrition, portion control and meal timing!
Important thing is, by whatever means we all choose, we keep putting point on the board--but part of that is remembering to allow for an odd stress-eat and reward meal along the way. You're gonna laugh at this, part of my motivation is from the girlfriend... her exact words were, "If you want to get laid you have to be healthy enough for it, I'm not up for waking up finding myself impaled on a dead guy."

Keto, Keto, Keto and exercise.
Nice job!
I had started by tracking everything I ate with an app, helped to put into perspective how much sugar and carbs I was consuming. I did stop tracking it a while back but got into the habit of eating the same thing all the time.
Been letting some extra stuff sneak in more that I should which would explain why ive flattened out the last few weeks.

I expect a minor bump tonight... my aunt browbeat me into Olive Garden for lunch. Should probably be around 192, which is the high end of my "new normal" range.
