I plan on it. I know it will take some time to undo what i did to my body, but the good news is I should be where i want to by the end of the year if i stay on track. That is what i need to focus on. I set monthly goals to stay focused but have to keep reminding myself it isn't going to happen overnight. 5 years to get into this mess of a body and only one (or less) to fix this mess isn't that bad at all in the long run

Next weigh in is tomorrow morning and i will report back. getting close to being back int eh 200s at least. Expecting 303Lbs or right around there tomorrow

    Friday morning weigh in 3/26

301.6 (down from 305 last week)

Little bigger jump than the 2lb average i have been seeing, but i will take it. and understand things like water weight, bowel movements, etc can cause a swing either way

My calories stayed around the same for the week although i might have been going a little less calories for dinner. We usually just cook a healthy protein with lots of veggies and small portion of complex carb(if any). We ordered "Freshly" last week which is a meal service that delivers precooked meals. it is a little pricey ($7-10 a meal with coupon), but the convenience is great and they are pretty healthy at 320-500 calories per meal. I usually add a big salad with low fat dressing or bag of steamed veggies if i am hungry to help feel full, but they are not to bad at all. Much better than healthy choice etc meals and they are not frozen. Seem to use higher quality ingredients as well

I think we will continue to order 6-12 of these a week for lunches/dinners as my son just started tball and spring/summer is generally a busy time for us doing things. Will be nice to have some quick healthy meals ready to stay on track

My wife and I started ordering from a place called Factor. Seems like a similar idea. It is a bit pricey but off set as we dont buy as much dor making dinners. I have been doing these mostly for dinner or at times if not too hungry I'll split one detween lunch and dinner.

I'd say the downside is cost.

Up side would be convenience, variety of meals, easy to track carbs / calories. Have not tried one yet that I didn't enjoy eating.

More salads, I suspect less total calorie intake.

299.6 this morning. Down 2Lbs from last week. Feels good to be under 300Lbs for the first time since about a year ago. I have only been weighing once weekly and doing a waist measurement once a month to make sure going down. happy with the progress so far.

Happy with the progress as losing to fast sacrifices muscle. Still getting a little stronger in the gym which i am happy with. Good week eating, about same calories as last week. I have been waking up around 2am every night to pee and feel very hungry, but believe its in my head because i am not hungry at all when i actually wake up at 6am. I have a casein.whey blend shake around 10 before bed.

Workouts went really well this week. Pump was the best i had since i started back.
