The main thing is the systematic training. This is the only way to achieve results. Exercising once a month is definitely not going to accomplish much.

Had my weekly weigh in this morning. Only down 0.9lbs from last week for a total of 8 lbs down to 194. I was a little more lax with my diet last week after losing so much the week before to see what I could get away with, so it's not totally unexpected. Now I know what exactly needs to be done for more consistent weight loss and will be more disciplined this week.

I have definitely had that happen as well. I have it dialed in pretty good now where i am losing 2-3lbs per week. I did a 24 hr fast from Sunday 12pm-today at 12pm just for the hell of it. More of a mental task than anything to see if i could do it.... and the fact that we have the beach coming up in a month lol... Be nice to take off an extra few by then

We’re leaving for the beach on Saturday. I’d like to lose 2lb by then to say I’ve lost 10 before our trip. It’s more of a mental thing to test my discipline than a difference maker for our trip. It’ll be beneficial for me to have a short term, tangible goal this week though.

195.8 this morning... after an all-nighter on a project, forgot Sunday morning because I was too busy sleeping.

I am assuming you didn’t read my initial post. I have been on a very regimented workout routine for the last 3 months. Started by walking 2-4miles almost every day, tHen added working with a personal trainer including HIIT training 3x/wk. I have also added hiking into the routine 1x/wk, this last weekend was a 6.5 mile hike, after my HIIT session.

I am 195 and change per the digital scale. Not sure I believe it (I think I am heavier by 5 pounds or so), so I am trying to find another scale to validate. I would like to drop another 10# or so. My clothes are looser for sure but still too much belly fat/love handles for my preference.

At my heaviest college and just after I was 260; I lost 50, which got me into the military. When I got out I got up to 220s, and dropped back to the low-200s (205-210) which is where I hovered for a good while. Size 38 pants, I really would like to get back into 36s.

281.6 this morning so down 1.6 pounds from last week. Hit the 50Lb total loss mark this weigh in as well. Down 50.4 pounds form Jan 4th to now so averaging 2.52 pounds per week of weight loss which is right around were i want to be. Still seeing strength increases at the gym as well, so feel like i am doing things somewhat right and not to fast

Congrats! Dunno what it is, but there's something about that 50lb marker that makes it a landmark...

Thanks! happy with where it is going. 50 more pounds to go, so hopefully by the end of the year. My routine is in place, so i dont see why i cant do it. The first couple weeks are the hardest by far, just cruising along now. Same with the gym, I look forward to going and love the way it makes me feel. My overall mood has been much better as well. I actually feel excitement again for things
