Still seeing strength increases at the gym as well, so feel like i am doing things somewhat right and not to fast

The first couple weeks are the hardest by far, just cruising along now. Same with the gym, I look forward to going and love the way it makes me feel. My overall mood has been much better as well. I actually feel excitement again for things
Nice job staying focused. Congats on getting to were you are!

Keep it up guys. It's not easy. Things that worked for me: Group workouts for accountability (I scoffed at the idea for decades until I tried it), not eating after 8pm (time doesnt matter, digest before bed does) and realizing shit has/is literally hitting the fan as I type this and I'm far from ready status.

Another good week for me. Daily workouts, walks and short jogs, as well as consistent intermittent fasting and I finally pushed through my weight loss plateau, I believe. Weighed in at 224 today for a total of 34 lbs lost since Christmas. Also lost another percentage point in body fat, down to 28%.

I hear ya, man, higher threshold but I'm the same way toward 200 unless it's added muscle-mass.

I am 189.6. Last Monday I was 195. I know the variables...water weight, blah blah blah...but I do weight as a trending number, not a "goal." Now the goal is to fit into 36" pants comfortably, and I am not quite there. I still have too much belly and waist fat/blubber for my liking.

Nice progress. You will get there. I just had to buy a new belt and it felt good.

Nice work. I have been going since around then as well. Consistency is key and you seem to be doing that.
