I sold a Colt lower sans trigger (previously sold for $40) and stock for $315 a week or so ago. That’s about what a BCM would be on sale. Overall, I’m not sure anyone is being desperate for Colt, and that’s OK. No need to price gouge.

Just to follow up, after evaluating and doing some more research I'm sticking with my COLT. There are many rifles like it, but this one is mine. I am very happy with my LMT MWS .308 and this is what got me thinking about LMT in 5.56. I appreciate those who took the time to offer genuinely useful obervations and comments. To those who felt a need to be a dooche-novel, again, stick those comments in your ejection ports. LOL.

LMT Mars gets my vote and at that price range a Knights SR15 would be my second. Colt is cool if you’re building clone rifles.
