VA Dems float prosecution, Nat. Guard deployment if police don't enforce gun control

Secrecy is the keystone to all tyranny. Not force, but secrecy and censorship. When any government or church for that matter, undertakes to say to its subjects, "This you may not read, this you must not know," the end result is tyranny and oppression, no matter how holy the motives. Mighty little force is needed to control a man who has been hoodwinked in this fashion; contrariwise, no amount of force can control a free man, whose mind is free. No, not the rack nor the atomic bomb, not anything. You can't conquer a free man; the most you can do is kill him.

I think some of the people who are talking about how the Virginia protests are playing right into the hands of the gun-grabbers (just as some people complained about how the protest marches of the Civil Rights Movement played right into the hands of the segregationists) are just upset that resisting tyranny in 2020 will probably look more like this:

What if I said “you know, it would solve many of our problems if someone went full Adam Lanza and murdered some 1st graders. NOT that anyone should!”

Does that last sentence make it better? Or is it still a horrific thing to say? And even more horrific and disgusting to think of.

I firmly believe that “the powers that be” are aware of a rough time-frame for a total economic systemic collapse. It should’ve happened in 2008 if not for the feds’ quick thinking / QE intervention. All of 2008s metrics have gotten WORSE. And look at the Overnight repo-market bailouts since last fall: almost daily, $50-80-100 BILLION per day.

Somebody knows something that we don’t about how much time we have left before a major event causes historic upheaval. And, because of that: “Never let a good crisis go to waste”

Hence the heat being turned to 11 as of late.

Nobody wants to murder women and children, but it is always part of any armed conflict and especially asymmetric ones. John Wayne is dead and the Sands of Iwo Jima was a movie...

If fighting a tyrannical government- guerrilla tactics-yes. Terrorism- f*ck that. In any conflict there will be innocents killed. But intentionally targeting innocent people is sickening and cowardly.
