The link I shared stated Trump has appointed 187 judges including 2 on the supreme Court so not sure what the purpose of the Washington Post article stating the exact same numbers is.

I will add that because you no longer need 60 votes the level of conservatism in the Trump judges is night and day different because the appointments no longer needs to be bipartisan and was the main flaw in the past presidents you listed. Romney, McCain, & Dole all suck.

Trump is getting more done internally among the individual agencies than any past conservative Presidents post WW2.

Not yet, with the most recent appointments the conservative leaning judges are still behind by two, but a number of the liberal judges were appointed by Clinton and are in their ‘70s so Trump has a good chance to truly flipping the 9th circus, all but guaranteed if he gets re-elected.

So why have republican judicial appointments never had the claimed/promised/desired effect? Republican appointments have been the majority for decades, but the insinuation is that democrats hold more appointments.

I’ve had similar thoughts ...

I have to say up front that I have not read every post, nor do I agree with everything I’ve read.

But a couple comments.
1. OH58D has good thoughts.
2. Virginia now will set them model of how everything else will go for 15 years.
3. It seems in the best interest of everyone involved to prevent this from actually becoming law. Once it is law, I imagine it is harder to roll back.
