VA Dems float prosecution, Nat. Guard deployment if police don't enforce gun control

Not sure if this was mentioned, but now they're doing their best to twist the event and such as they saved it from evil white nationalists who planned to get violent and that's why it was all peaceful and such. To me, it smells of BS. Due the source, it's now impossible to know what the truth is, but sounds like some typical idiots running their mouths online about what tough guys they are and all that, and like 99.9% of them, would not have have done anything, especially knowing there were thousands are armed people. Were they a legit threat or is this trumped up nonsense spin for damage control that nothing awful happened and it was not going to?

Three alleged members of a white supremacist group "The Base" apparently hoped a gun rights rally in Richmond, Virginia, would spark a civil war, according to court records. Federal prosecutors argued that the men, who were arrested last week, should be detained pending trial, indicating they are a part of a "domestic terrorism investigation."

The three men — Brian Lemley, Jr., William Garfield Bilbrough IV and Canadian national Patrik Jordan Mathews — were arrested on federal firearms charges in the days before the rally.

"Derail some f***ing trains, kill some people, and poison some water supplies. You better be f***ing ready to do those things," Mathews allegedly said, according a video he created on December 1 in which he is wearing a gas mask to distort his voice and hide his face. "If you want the white race to survive, you're going to have to do your f***ing part."

Actually, I'm doubling down... now that they've registered the last payment on my Life and I'm eligible to start casting BOD ballots, I have a single qualification for my vote: "Will you take action to fire Wayne Lapierre?"

I scrawled "Wayne must go!" in giant letters across the front of my BOD ballot with a black sharpie and mailed it in. I don't want any of those brown-nose assholes on the board, so I figured that was a stronger statement than just not voting.

I thought the same thing when I first heard the name. Coincidence maybe, alphabet soup games, who knows. I’m just happy the way the rally turned out and the pictures/videos were all positive.

The guy with the Barrett .50 looks like a fellow who is just generally a jovial person - someone who people like to be around as opposed to a lot of Debbie Downers. Maybe he's a little chunky, but who cares - him and I could down a couple of Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese, large fries, Cokes, and just have a grand ol' time shooting the breeze about guns.
