    Most solid 10/22 scope mount?

I have a Ruger 10/22 target rifle that I'd like to mount a Vortex Diamondback Tactical 4-16. What's the best mounting option for a factory receiver?

I did this recently. I decided on an EGW 20 MOA rail and Vortex pro series rings (medium height for the crossfire 2.5-7). My only complaint is the EGW rail requires removal of the irons. Scope zero’d fine at 75 yards.

My Target model came with a base but I used Burris Signature Zee rings. Seem solid enough and the inserts can be swapped out if you need to increase MOA.

I considered EGW's offering at first, but ended up going with LaRue instead. I needed to remove the fiber optic rear sight, but a standard blade will likely fit.

I'm happy with it so far, and would likely be satisfied with the EGW also.

Weigand makes a very nice one-piece mount, but your Vortex has a 30mm tube?

DNZ makes an extremely solid, one-piece mount in several heights.
