In my opinion, no. I had 2 LMT BCG's that looked very similar to your BCG. I assumed because it was LMT that it was proper. On one the gas key and bolts came loose. When I contacted LMT, the person I spoke to informed me that it was a "field fix." He stated to tighten the bolts and "hit it with a screwdriver." When I asked him about properly torque figures on the bolts, he again said just tighten the bolts and hit it with a screwdriver. Needless to say, I was not impressed by this response. I then checked to make sure the bolts had not sheared. I then properly applied the recommended torque. I have the proper device to stake gas keys and used it on both my LMT BCG's. They have been GTG since then. This is my experience and is a sample of one. YMMV.

OP, an we get a shot of the LMT from the side?
Just make sure then you never get one.
Not quite as pretty as the BCM but I say your good. If it bugs you give it a good whack
