I like that Henry...I have recently been in the market for a lever action 357/38 that was threaded or could be threaded. This nails it. With the side loading gate.

The Henry X Model would also interest me in .38/.357. That would be a neat small game gun with my Evo9 can.

Likewise the Christensen Arms Ranger .22LR interests me as an alternative to my Savage FV-SR, particularly if it takes 10/22 mags.

Maybe Grant can speak to it. He got to shoot it at range day.

APC10 is blowback with the hydraulic buffer in the stock like the APC9/45. The bolt weight and hydraulic buffer are what make for a smooth recoil impulse in the APC10.

Gold Dot in 5.7x28mm, 40gr. This could be interesting from a platform and capacity standpoint, pending some gel results.

Comparing the Henry Big Boy Model X in 357/38 to the comparable Marlin CST, the Henry holds one less round with nearly 1-inch longer barrel, is threaded 5/8x24, instead of the Marlin's 1/2x28, and the Henry has that fugly forend. Is any else disappointed?

    Why did they go 5/8x24?

It’s a pretty awesome shooter, I was able to shoot it industry day and the recoil is a little more than the 9mm version but it’s incredibly smooth.
