    357Sig in .40 magazines

Is it 100% reliable? Like specifically the 22rd .40 Glock mags. Is there a follower that needs to be changed out?

Same mags. Some manufacturers even label them as 357/40

Never had an issue with any of my Glock 22 mags when I switch to (G34) .357 Sig barrel. I have a Sig 1911 in .357 Sig as well and Mec Gar .40 cal 1911 mags do just fine with it.

Not always the case. In most guns its the same mag design but in others like Sigs former Sig 239 they are different mags.
