    10.3” Pistol thing

Been wanting to do a pistol lower for a while and also built up this upper late last year to scratch the carry handle itch. The setup is insanely light compared to my rifles with rails/optics/etc. This ones coming camping.

    Specs:
    Brownells/Nodak “C7” upper
    Toolcraft Nitride BCG
    Colt 10.3” barrel assembly w/ A2 FH
Aero lower and lpk with an LMT trigger I had
    SBM4 Brace

I have notice that too. I typically put a red dot, and a light on my ARs, and when I don't, I pick up one and am marveled at how light it feels.

The thing is, I'm so much faster with the red dot...
You know what I like best about most people?

    Their dogs.

Yea, 100%. I’ve thought about sneaking an RMR on it.

Sweet looking pistol. I’m trouble shooting a new pistol that has an SBA3 brace. Did you buy your buffer spring and weight from sb-tactical or use other brand stuff?

Haven't shot the combo together, but I did test fire the upper on my SBR lower which is a Colt 6920 unit with H2 buffer. The gun ran great in that configuration.

The pistol lower has a BCM action spring and H buffer.

Gotcha. Similar situation as me. My pistol lower isn't cycling reliably and I"m wondering if the SB Tactical tube has anything to do with it.

Good luck and post up after you've test fired.

Yea, it uses a standard mil spec tube and the back end of it is pretty wide.
